Launched in 1973, the ‘Mini-Ellipse’ ref. 4226 was a best-selling watch of the Patek Philippe line well into the 1980s. The variation of this watch we have to offer is presented in stunning 18ct white gold case and bracelet with a sunburst blue metallic dial with diamond 12, 3, 6 and 9 hour markers . This watch measures in at 28mm length wise and 23mm width wise.
This watch is presented in excellent condition with its original box and paperwork dated 1987.
